Dungeons and Dragons is one of if not the biggest TTRPGs 9table-Top Role Playing Game) on the market with millions of fans world wide. Despite the fact it has intrinsically gotten easier and easier to approach and learn, there are still hundreds of pages and thousands upon thousands of paragraphs of rules and content for the game. Naturally for the average person, this can be intimidating for just about anyone who is new to the scene or unfamiliar with how content of this sort functions.
It is my hope that while perusing this blog, you will find the motivation to learn and join a campaign by reading up on these simple and boiled down explanations. I want to preface that not only am I not the greatest player or DM, I am also not the end-all-be-all of rulings and should not dictate how you play a character or run a campaign, so read up and find what works for you! Some tables prefer hardcore, limited resource campaigns that test your skill while other tables might go the opposite route and settle for a high-powered fantasy campaign with plentiful and powerful loot.
